How long does it take?

Production takes 4–5 business days. Shipping time starts after that, because every sign is cut to order — nothing is pulled off a shelf.

Will the 3M tape damage my wall?

The sign mounts with 3M VHB tape, so there are no holes and no drilling. How cleanly it comes off later depends on your wall: the paint has to be fully cured and well bonded before you mount anything on it, and on a weak or freshly painted surface any adhesive can lift paint when removed. If you rent your space and want to be sure, write to us and tell us what your wall is like first.

Can I use it outdoors?

No — these are indoor signs, for interior walls. The mounting is adhesive, and moisture and porous surfaces are a known problem for any adhesive. We would rather lose the sale than have your sign fall off a wall in August. If you need an exterior sign, tell us what you are looking for and we will point you somewhere honest.

Do you ship outside Miami?

Yes, we ship across the United States. If you are in Miami, pickup at our shop is free.

How do I install it?

Every order includes 3M VHB tape, a mounting template and a guide. You line up the template on the wall, press each piece against it, and you are done. No drilling, no holes.

Can I see it before I pay?

That is the point. You see your design on a wall on screen, and you can view it in augmented reality at real size with your phone before you order.

Can I return it?

Because each sign is made to order with your text, we cannot resell it. Returns are not accepted except for a manufacturing defect, which we always fix at no cost.
